چکیده
Cryopreservation of oocytes and embryos is a supplementary technique for in vivo vitro embryo production. In the last decade, has been improved but did not achieve satisfactory commercial level. Also, results were variable. The pregnancy live birth rates 16 to 52% 5.3 26.9% after implantation vitrified embryos, respectively (from year 1993 2020). final consideration, quality most important factor obtain better cryopreservation. addition antioxidant lipid-depleting agents medium that improves cryogenic tolerance. Additionally, two-step vitrification reliable method Studying epigenetic effects introducing lipidomic, transcriptomic proteomic technologies can help improve this technology.

Two experiments (Exp) were carried out to test the effect of different media on in vitro maturation (IVM) (Exp 1; n = 1142 ovaries with 2666 oocytes) and to study in vitro fertilization (IVF) of buffalo oocytes (Exp 2; n = 110 ovaries with 330 oocytes). In exp 1 the collected cumulus oocyte complex (COCs) was allocated to three maturational media; TCM-199 supplemented with hormones (M1), TCM-19...

Storage of buffalo (Bubalus bubalis) bull semen in the cryopreserved state is discussed in this article. Fertility rate in buffalo following artificial insemination with frozen-thawed semen is reviewed. To better understand the freezability of bubaline spermatozoa, the available data on biochemical components and the activity of specific enzymes of semen/spermatozoa are given. Moreover, the maj...
متن کاملP-103: Effects of In Vitro Selenium Supplementation on Buffalo (Bubalus bubalis) Sperm Quality following Cryopreservation
Background: Artificial insemination is a valuable tool in genetic improvement programs and widely used breeding technique in farm animals. Semen processing and cryopreservation causes considerable damage to sperm DNA, motility apparatus, plasma membrane, acrosomal cap and thus, reduced fertility. Selenium is an integral part of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), an enzyme which protects cell inte...
متن کاملCryopreservation of in situ cool stored buffalo (Bubalus bubalis) epididymal sperm
The objectives of this study were to investigate the effects of testis-epididymis cool storage on viability and progressive motility of buffalo epididymal sperm (EP) and to compare the influences of two basic semen extenders on post thaw EP viability and progressive motility. Abattoir collected buffalo testicles were allotted to three storage times (0 h: n = 10; 24 h: n = 10 and 48 h: n = 12). ...
